Mother’s Day
Its Mother’s Day today… I bought my mum the new Jack Johnson album, and John and Suzie got her some other stuff. Gave her her cards and presents between main course and pudding of the roast dinner which me John and Suzie prepared for her… John forgot to put my baked beans on though and he gave me loads of vegetables so I had to eat loads of yucky green stuff with no beans to mask the taste with…
Worked yesterday, Italian Market, quite busy even though it was raining lots. Ruth said that Boswells was empty though, obviously not many people wanting to buy food but everyone after a pair of jeans! Spent the whole of Saturday evening doing nothing, I meant to do my business case study but I have two frees on monday to do that…
Went to church twice today, played in the morning service, last in the “God’s searching for…” sermon series, we’ve gone through the whole book of James. Did yu know that Winston Churchill’s last words were “I’m bored with it all” ? Interesting fact for the day. Watched a Nooma dvd during the evening service, about Noise and spending silent time with God.
Just about to go to bed.
