davereeves.co.uk is nearing completion! Just a few more details needed from Dave, then to purchase the domain and the hosting, and it’ll be online. Check the portfolio for details.
The site incorporates far more than the outside shows. There’s an extensive content management system behind the scenes that enables Dave to add new projects and photo gallerys, and to import photos to either, as well as using a blogging system, all of which were hand coded.
It was a lot of fun, this site. I hope Dave’s as happy with it as I am!
Now for more personal things; I went ice skating for the first time in years on Saturday, and I am proud to say that I did not fall over once! It was a success, I feel! I went with Ineke, and she was good as well, didn’t fall over either. Plenty of people were; I know it’s mean to laugh but it’s just so funny!
Meeting Dave in the evening tomorrow for a chat, hopefully get a few details off him that I need to move the site forward!
