My life in boxes

Well tonight is it, the last of my life has been packed into boxes ready for shipping off to start a new home in a new place. OK, so it’s not quite that dramatic, but I have packed away most of the posessions that I use on a regular basis into boxes, including all my computing equipment except this laptop. My room looks very bare, and empty. Well, tomorrow I move. I leave my home and move into University accommodation. I’m kind of looking forward to it, kind of not. I’ll be very glad to have stuff to do – the last few days have been SO boring, Ineke’s been busy at Uni in Bath, and I’ve barely chatted to her, or so it seems. Plus I’ve had nothing to do, making for a very boring few days. But life should get better soon, having to work and party in a whole new place! Ok, I know Portsmouth isn’t exactly new to me, but you know what I mean.

Still, I can’t help missing Ineke and feeling a bit lonely every now and then. Well, missing her more than every now and then, more like every now. But it should get easier, I hope.

I love you, Ineke. Whatever seperates us, never forget that.
