On recommendation from Dan, I am currently installing Fedora 5 over my old Ubuntu 6 installation on my desktop. I have yet to know how good it will be as it is still installing! We shall see. Maybe Fedora will be better at wireless networking that Ubuntu was… but I won’t know because I don’t have a wireless router. We shall see.

So was Fedora any better? I keep wanting to go dual – boot and even built a Mandrake system a while back, but it’s always the modem that Linux struggles with.
Yeah, Fedora 5 is really good the only thing I dont know yet is what its Wi-Fi support will be like but I’ll find out soon I imagine. Well worth using/trying.
