Well, not really an addition, but a change anyway. Remember the old category list on the left? Well, now it’s changed! I wrote some PHP code to get the categories out of the database, and how many posts there are in each, then it lists the categories on the left with the font size relating to how many posts in each categories. For example, at the moment, there are most posts in “Life”, so Life is the biggest word.

Fedora 6 is out now! I’m currently downloading the DVD .iso so that I can upgrade this machine (this machine being my linux machine) to core 6, see what new changes there are. But it means burning a DVD… and I’ve been downloading the .iso for about two hours now and it says 17 minutes left. But I have plenty of time just to let it run.

I learnt lots today in my lecture, _Electronic Communications Networks_. It was really interesting actually, learning about different data transmissions and how the receiving computer knows where the packets start and how fast they’re being transmitted etc.

I stil find it funny that Martin Cripps sounds like Terry Wogan.
