Lots of walking and photos
Ineke, Dan, Kita and I did lots of walking today… We went down to Gunwharf around noon, then walked along the coast all the way round to the D-Day museum. We followed the “Millenium Walk” for as much of it as we could, that took us from the Wight Link ticket office through Old Portsmouth and stopped just before Clarence Pier. From there, we walked past the pier and along to the D-Day museum before heading inland, through Palmerston road and back up to Dan’s flat, from which we went onto Weatherspoons as we were quite hungry by that point!
Lots of photos were taken on walk, particularly by Kita and I… I’ve put the best one of mine (in my opinion) under this paragraph. Kita seemed to think we had some kind of competition going on, but who’s to judge which is the best photo?! We seemed to have similar ideas for “artistic” photos…

It was nice to just walk today, to get away from the flat and the Uni and just feel some fresh air!
The photos I took today were all taken on my new Sony Cyber-shot W30 :D it’s a brilliant camera, so quick and easy to take photos of. If theres a shot which you see you want to take but it could be gone in a few seconds, it’s incredibly quick to turn on and takes no time at all in focusing and taking the shot. I can see it being good for candid photography, for those spur-of-the-moment shots that could be gone before you knew it. The photos it takes are clear, brilliant colours, it manages very well in low light or shadows, and I don’t think it exposed any of the photos I took today incorrectly. And I still can’t get over how light it is, there’s barely anything to it! So, sorry, Canon PowerShot A75, but the Sony just kicks your butt when it comes to those things!
it was a really nice day, and i got fresh air and exercise :D
my budding little photographer
i love you :)
