There is no excuse for poor grammar, or poor use of the English language, especially when putting up public signs on the outside of your shop:

They could at least use the right word. And does refurbishing really need a capital R?
I presume it should be ensure?

Oh dear, to add to my perceived lack of IQ, what grammar is incorrect? “This is to thank all [of] our customers?”. Damnit Jim(Ben), I’m a technologist, not a englishist.
Assure?
Well then you can tell I wrote the sign :D
